Unpleasant odors impacting the stay!!! Inconsistent water temperatures creating discomfort!!! Poor maintenance contributing to less than satisfactory room conditions!!! Long distances from parking to rooms can be cumbersome!!! No breakfast service is a letdown!!!

the hotel is conveniently surrounded by great dining options like Stouts Irish Pub just a few steps away and the beautiful Bickelhaupt Arboretum about 3 km, perfect for a peaceful afternoon stroll while exploring the city.

The inconsistency in staff attitude stood out, though they were quick to help me with a room key issue.
